• To be with and inform the customer from the proforma stage to the account closing stage.

• To inform the customer by calculating the approximate cost of the imported goods.

• If there are permits to be obtained in terms of legislation, to determine them in advance and to obtain the necessary permits.

• Registration and closing of declarations in computer environment.

• Making applications to TSE, Provincial Directorate of Agriculture, Agricultural Quarantine or other institutions during the import phase and issuing documents when necessary.

• Notifying the customer in detail about the taxes to be paid to the Accounting Office and the fees to be paid to other institutions and organizations while the transactions are in progress..

• Paying the taxes, taking the goods from the bonded area and delivering them to the customer.
